Help us understand the issue
Include your operating system, application version, pet name and the exact error message. For billing, include the order reference if available. Never send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details or other private credentials.
If an installed pet is missing
First leave the pet settings page and open it again. On our Windows test, this refreshed the list and revealed a correctly installed pet. Check that pet.json and spritesheet.webp sit directly inside the pet folder. See the installation guide.
