Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit or NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting physical harm.
• Hate speech or content promoting hatred or discrimination against protected groups.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, or other exploitative or unsafe content involving children.
• Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, or misuse of an identifiable person’s likeness without the necessary permission.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, unauthorized copyrighted characters, or misleading claims of brand endorsement.

How content is checked

Our generator uses predefined style and animation instructions. Model-provider safety checks may reject a request. In the fal.ai integration, an output explicitly flagged as NSFW by the provider is rejected before it is returned. These checks have limits: we do not currently claim that every input and output has passed an independent moderation scan or human review. Image format, transparency and animation checks are technical quality checks, not content-safety approval.

Reporting, action and appeals

Report suspected violations or rights concerns to [email protected] with the page URL or job/order reference and a description. Do not email illegal images, passwords or API keys. Reports are handled through support; we assess the identified content and may remove public listings or restrict access to confirmed violating material. If you believe a restriction was mistaken, reply to the same address with your reference and explanation for reconsideration. We do not promise an immediate review or automatic refund; billing issues follow our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

Upload only content you own or are authorized to use, including necessary permission for identifiable people. These rules apply to uploaded images, generation requests, outputs and shared content. Do not attempt to bypass provider safeguards. Read this policy before requesting generation.
