CodePets uses OpenAI’s GPT Image 2 model to generate character and animation images through fal.ai.

Service and eligibility

CodePets offers character previews and downloadable animated pet assets. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully. CodePets is independent of OpenAI; client compatibility may change as third-party software changes.

Your images and generated content

Upload only images you own or have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people where required. You authorize processing only as needed to provide and support the service. You retain rights in your inputs. Generated outputs may not be unique or protected by copyright; we do not guarantee exclusive rights or clearance of third-party rights. Public-figure examples are illustrative AI art, not endorsements.

Acceptable use

Do not create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, impersonate others, exploit children, expose private information, upload malware, bypass access controls or overload the service. Do not submit images for harassment or non-consensual intimate content. We may restrict misuse and remove unlawful material. Report rights concerns with the relevant URL and evidence to [email protected].

Previews, payments and refunds

Review the preview and the displayed price before purchasing. A download provides digital assets, not an installation guarantee or a subscription unless expressly stated. Paid generation is unavailable until payment and image services are configured. Local assisted tests do not charge. For undelivered, duplicate or defective orders, contact us; see the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Downloads and sharing

Keep backups of downloaded files. Installation requires compatible client software; the Windows visibility check has been confirmed, while macOS has not been tested on a physical device. Reopen the pet settings page to refresh newly installed pets. Sharing a link intentionally makes the pack accessible to its recipients.

Advertising and integrity

If advertising is introduced, it must be distinguishable from content and downloads. Never click ads to support us, use automated or incentivized clicks, or encourage invalid traffic. We do not exchange downloads or features for ad clicks. Having these terms does not guarantee Google AdSense approval.

Availability, liability and contact

Generated images may contain errors and service availability is not guaranteed. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available; nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
