This policy describes the CodePets service at codepets.net. Contact for privacy matters: [email protected]. We describe the implementation currently supplied; external generation, payment and email services operate only when configured.
When you create a pet, we process your uploaded image, email address, selected style, generated images, job identifiers and job status. We may also store your feedback, credit balance and payment-event references. Necessary access tokens protect private jobs. Hosting services may process IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security. We do not ask for precise location.
We use this information to generate and deliver your pack, restore access, handle support, prevent abuse and manage purchases. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the service you request, legitimate security interests, legal obligations or your consent for optional storage. We do not use uploaded faces for identity verification.
If automatic generation is enabled, the uploaded image and generation instructions are sent to the configured image provider. Enabled email and payment providers receive the information needed to deliver messages or process payments; CodePets does not store full card numbers. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms. Creating a share link makes the generated pet accessible to anyone with that link. Do not share it if you want the pack to remain private.
The current implementation retains images and job records for recovery until removed by the operator; it does not yet provide automatic image deletion. Session access expires after 30 days. Purchased packs are listed by purchase email without an emailed link or recovery code. Each paid order allows two file deliveries; please save your ZIP. Preference storage lasts up to 180 days for consent and one year for language. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or share-link removal. We may verify ownership first and retain records required for legal or security purposes. Local copies downloaded by others cannot be recalled.

If Google AdSense is enabled later, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and identifiers to serve and measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may personalize ads using advertising cookies. Choices are available at Google My Ad Center and industry opt-out tools; see Google partner-site data use. Required regional consent and vendor disclosures must be implemented before such ads are enabled.
We use access controls and validate uploads, but no system is risk-free. The service is intended for adults, not children under 18. Do not upload another person’s private image without permission. Contact us about unintended collection from a child. Where applicable, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Updates will be dated on this page.
After payment, enter your purchase email on the download page and choose a paid pack. Each purchased pack has two independent download attempts. Looking up purchases does not count. File delivery counts once, even if your connection later fails. Save your ZIP safely.
